About me

I’m Jo, a Product UX/UI Designer with over 10 years experience designing for mobile and web.

I have significant experience in the fintech sector including fintech start ups and corporate banks and over 5 years experience leading and mentoring other designers.

The tools I work with include Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, ChatGPT and Open AI to generate images and user testing platforms such as Maze.

I am a user centered designer passionate about solving problems for people. I use a collaborative design approach, working closely with users and stakeholder to fulfill business needs and maximise user experience. My process utilises user research, workshopping, journey mapping, paper sketches, low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, visual, UI design and high fidelity prototyping, testing and iterating.
