I redesigned the Which? University’s website to improve usability, accessibility, and improve the search for it’s users. The existing website was difficult to navigate, and failed to meet the needs of its diverse user base, which included prospective students, current students, and advisors.

The goal was to create a streamlined, intuitive experience that allowed users to effortlessly search, filter, and explore course options while aligning with Which University’s branding and accessibility standards.

Sketching, prototyping, iterating

I led a series of workshops with the Product, Marketing, Editorial and Engineering teams and utilised Top Tasks Methodologies to help define the key user journeys we needed to improve for our users.

I then sketches and prototyped our ideas using Axure, Sketch and InVision and took these through several rounds of user testing where I refined the final design.
